First consultation

 

At your first visit, we will ask you some questions related to your personal, medical and dental information. If you are taking certain medications, it is important to communicate this.

Are you new to our practice? Then we will need your dental record. Please check this with your previous dentist. 

Please always bring your identity card. During the first visit, an oral examination will take place and x-rays will be taken. This way we can paint a clear picture about the condition of your teeth.

Cancel appointment?

 

Please notify us 24 hours in advance or if you cannot keep the appointment, preferably by phone. In case of absence without (timely) notification, we are forced to charge a fixed amount for the scheduled time.

If an appointment is repeatedly not kept, no new appointment can be made.

Temporary patient stop from 20/09/2025

Due to the high level of interest in our practice, this is currently resulting in longer waiting times for both existing and new patients. To ensure the continued quality of our care and follow-up, we have decided to temporarily suspend admissions to new patients starting September 20, 2025 .

Did you register on our waiting list before September 20th? Don't worry—you'll be contacted personally soon to schedule your first appointment. This decision allows us to give every patient the time and attention they deserve. We will reevaluate the situation at the end of this year.

Tijdelijke patiëntenstop vanaf 20/09/2025

Door de grote belangstelling voor onze praktijk, resulteert dit momenteel in langere wachttijden voor zowel bestaande als nieuwe patiënten.

Om de kwaliteit van onze zorgen en opvolging te kunnen blijven garanderen, hebben we besloten om vanaf 20 september 2025 tijdelijk geen nieuwe patiënten meer aan te nemen.


Heeft u zich vóór 20/09 op onze wachtlijst ingeschreven? Dan hoeft U zich geen zorgen te maken — U wordt binnenkort persoonlijk gecontacteerd om een eerste afspraak in te plannen. Deze beslissing stelt ons in staat om elke patiënt de tijd en aandacht te geven die hij of zij verdient. Eind dit jaar evalueren we de situatie opnieuw.
