First consultation
At your first visit, we will ask you some questions related to your personal, medical and dental information. If you are taking certain medications, it is important to communicate this.
Are you new to our practice? Then we will need your dental record. Please check this with your previous dentist.
Please always bring your identity card. During the first visit, an oral examination will take place and x-rays will be taken. This way we can paint a clear picture about the condition of your teeth.
Cancel appointment?
Please notify us 24 hours in advance or if you cannot keep the appointment, preferably by phone. In case of absence without (timely) notification, we are forced to charge a fixed amount for the scheduled time.
If an appointment is repeatedly not kept, no new appointment can be made.

Due to the continued high level of interest in our practice, our schedule is currently very busy. In order to continue guaranteeing the quality of our care and provide proper follow-up for our patients, we are therefore working with a waiting list for new patients.
Would you like to become a patient at Novodental? You can register on our waiting list using the “I am a new patient” form. As soon as our schedule allows us to welcome new patients, we will contact you personally. This enables us to continue giving every patient the time, attention and high-quality care that we consider important.
We understand that this may cause some inconvenience and greatly appreciate your patience and trust in our practice.
